Not very sturdy. Nice design and hardware but the particleboard loosens and shreds and doesn't hold the small screws well. The first night my dog broke out just by pressing his little paw on the door. The lock broke and popped open. I'll be reinforcing the structure with thin wood slats to avoid feeling like i was robbed. Really disappointed.

My two small dogs were able to pull the wire gate and get out. A waste of money and cheaply made for the money spent. Looks nice until you put your pets in and they easily destroy it in less than 24 hrs.

I loved the product but it came with a defect, I am very upset because this furniture will be part of my living room. But it's a great investment

Very cheaply made, handles weak and broke already. Flimsy

Wire mesh popped out of the side door within a month of buying this. As that side is the largest wire mesh, I pushed it into a corner and assumed it just had less support. But after 6 months of use, the cheap material is breaking everywhere. My 60lb Lab isn't trying to escape, he does lean against the sides sometimes and that's all this takes. Looked great when first put it together, but spend your money elsewhere if you need it for more than 6 months.Purchased Nov 2022, replaced May 2023!

We have two Shih Tzu puppies and they love it. It's the perfect size for them now and will be when they're full grown. They have plenty of room to play, sleep, etc. It looks very nice with our decor and window trim. We wanted front doors so when are eating or just laying in it, we feel like they are still in the room with us instead of being caged up. It's their home and they go in it all the time even when we're home.The pad that comes with it is okay but not many other crates come with them so this is a bonus. We currently have a washable cover on it since it's easier to wash plus they have lots of toys and an extra blanket if needed.It seems to be very sturdy, of course it's kinda early to say but we have items on top of it and so far nothing's happened. We also haven't had a chewing problems and they're chewing on lots of things so that's why it also got a five.Assembly wasn't too bad but it too my husband a while because Quality Control failed. The doors didn't like up so the holes didn't either. He had to make a few adjustments of his own to make it work. He also had to modify the latch after a week or so. I was hard to lock so he popped off the top thing on the right latch so it wouldn't hit it when we tried to lock it and it much easier now. Sorry I don't know what that "thing" is called.All in all we LOVE it, our friends think it really cute and I'd definitely recommend it.
