Q: can these be used to floss between gums and full dental implants?

I don't know why you couldn't floss with these but I don't have dental implants. Don't see why that would make any difference

Q: The manufacturer's directions for the ones with bristles say they can be used for one week when you clean them after each use. Are these reusable?

I have found that these are only good for one use. They are pretty flimsy, but definitely good for the one use that I use them for.. The same brand has a curved one that is much stiffer and that one I can imagine could be used multiple times potentially.
