Is this harness machine washable?

We did not place in wash machine . It has heavy metal buckles that look they would damage the ceramic coating in the machine. If I was to put in washer my idea was to place inside of a cloth bag with the buckles closed to keep the straps and buckles contained. My Newfoundland has gotten it wet with no issue. We wipe mud and dirt off with a cloth. It is a good sturdy fabric.

How do i measure my dog?

Use a string,rope, shoe lace and wrap it around then use a tape measure done
