Klipsch R-50M Bookshelf Speakers (Pair)

Bought these as I live in flats,wanted small but quality sound, these are so far even better than anticipated crystal clear when volume down but just as good when turned up can really handle it, some people say bass not good but I was pleasantly surprised not overwhelming like some speakers but it is there when you need it, also they look top notch with covers off,haven't found any faults with these speakers yet maybe a bit pricey but they are worth it had denon speakers before which were good for years but these are are more than a step up.definitly recommended by me if you have smaller room or live inFlats

Klipsch wygląda jak Klipsch - według mnie świetnie. Dźwiękowo jest w porządku, bardzo czysty/ostry, charakterystyczny dla tej marki dźwięk. Są to dość małe kolumny, więc nie schodzą zbyt nisko, więc w większych pomieszczeniach subwoofer to konieczność.

Nun, ich war nie ein Hifi Freak, da ich schwerhörig bin. Allerdings bin ich ein Röhrenfan. Drei Hybridröhrenverstärker betreibe ich an meinen Funkgeräten, einen am PC und einen zum Radiohören. Bisher immer mit chinesischen Billigboxen für 80 Euro das Paar (Edifier und Lonpoo). Nun ist noch ein weiterer Röhrenverstärker dazu gekommen, diesmal Vollröhre (EL 34). Leider wirft er nur 12 Watt raus. Mit den Lonpoo leider zu leise, klang wie aus dem Eimer, kaum Mitten, Höhen schrill, Stimmen zu leise. Radiohören bzw. verstehen nicht mehr möglich. Also doch mal bessere Lautsprecher gegönnt, eigentlich über meinem Budget. Die Klipsch sehen nicht nur fantastisch aus, sie sind auch etwas größer als die Lonpoo.Gefühlt sind sie mehr als doppelt so laut, sie haben tolle Höhen, sogar die leisen Passagen von klassischer Musik sind jetzt hörbar, bei den Lonpoos kam gar nichts. Stimmen klingen rund und bassig. Ich hätte es ehrlich nicht geglaubt, dass der Unterschied so groß ist. Das einzige was den Klipsch fehlt ist der Tiefbass, dazu bräuchte man eben einen Sub.Die Lonpoos könnten zwar etwas mehr Tiefbass, aber nicht mit 12 Watt. Mit 50 Watt, da kommen die, aber das nutzt mir nichts. Ich kann die Klipsch empfehlen, vor allem wenn man wenig Leistung hat und auf den Tiefpass verzichten kann, die Höhen finde ich sogar besser, als bei einer gebraucht 4 mal so teuren B&W Standbox, die ich aus Platzmangel abgegeben habe.

These speakers are excellent. I had a pair of Polk that died and I liked them a lot, these are significantly better. The Polk I had on the wall, they were front-firing and the tweeters were narrowly focused. These have a broader area of focus, and a rear reflex bass port, so they can't hang on the wall. Theres plenty of spec talk here and I won't bother with that, but I have them about 16 ft away at table height - crystal clear and very crisp. You need to turn them up a bit to get the full detail out of them, but not ridiculously loud. 60% volume they come "alive", so I'm not bothering the neighbors unless I want to. And then, I surely could. I'm just listening to your garden variety classic rock, and I know all those songs by heart, they play every little squeak and click you know is supposed to be there. I'm not missing a single note - they perform exactly as they should. Very happy with them.
