Updated review-Since I wrote this review the company reached out to me to solve my problem. They apologized for the original issue I had and promised to make it right. It took a little while to figure out the right panel, but I finally got the right one. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! I would definitely purchase from them again!I also want to say we have had this set up now for just over 3 months. It is very sturdy and well made. We have had a lot of rain and thunderstorms lately and we have had no leaks at all! We have it set up at our seasonal campsite and I love having the extra room this provides. We have our outdoor kitchen area with a full size fridge, table with stove and a sink, a picnic table and 2 storage cabinets and still have plenty of room to move around.I ordered this gazebo about a month ago. We just set it up last week. We love the size of it! Well I went to zip the curtain enclosure up and the zipper fell off in my hand. There is a gap in the teeth which explains why it fell off. Anyways I reach out to customer service to fix the issue. I need a new panel and they offered my $30 to take it and have it repaired somewhere. That is not acceptable!

Overall we really like the Grand Patio gazebo. It was more difficult to construct than implied. The curtains and netting were the worst because the instructions were so unclear. There is a flaw in the canopy where a 2 foot strip isn’t woven. I am afraid this defect is going to cause a leak or tear when we have stronger winds. I don’t like that the only thing holding down the canopy are the pockets that go over each top rail. Time will tell if was worth it or not. I have my doubts about the canopy.

Easy build. Will need two people for some of it. The drapes are what make it. I ran lag bolts into the concrete to fasten it down.

Super disappointed. I just unboxed my item after purchasing it about a month ago to finally assemble it. All four posts are bent at the bottom which makes it impossible for me to put the bases on them. I have contacted the manufacturer in hopes that they will make the situation right. I will update the review once I get confirmation of the resolution. So sad, I was really looking forward to this in my new backyard. I honestly don't know if I have ever received an item from FedEx that isn't damaged. Fed Ex is the worst! ***UPDATE***After reaching out to the seller/manufacture, they were EXTREMELY helpful and quick to reply and resolve my issue 100% to my satisfaction. I would order from them again without hesitation! I am so grateful that they took the time to make my experience pleasant.

It took only 2 of us 4 hrs to put up. Very easy ! Love how sturdy it is for the size. We did bolt into concrete to make sure we dont have any wind issues. LOVE IT ! Make sure to great recommended lighting. It really adds to it

Easy to assemble. Most of the time took two people, but attaching the roof took a couple of extras for a minute to lift it into place.

The canopy is heavy duty. It can withstand strong wind. The slope roof prevents any water from sitting on the top although it has several leak holes. I like the part that it has mosquito netting and curtains. This is so spacious.
