Update: Customer service reached out and they are replacing the glass basin!My first use was great. I made a batch of cannagummies. I loved how easy it was.The second use was not so great. I used the activate function and 5 minutes in I heard a loud pop. The glass basin popped and glass when flying. I’ve reached out to customer service.

Levo ii broken hinges means the machine wont start. Levo Original drain tube ripped.
Purchased machine in 2020, been working fine. But, now the lid hinges have cracked and it keeps saying close lid. So close lid and still says close lid, cannot choose infusion. Contacted Levo and they said no spare parts and riddled me with questions. This is a mfg. or design defect on the Levo II. I had an Original Levo and the drain tube ripped, no replacement. Noticed the lid hinges are different. Ended up with black plastic pieces in my infusion. Guess they dont care. Paid $274 for this machine on Amazon. and $350 for the other machine. Also, the Levo II the app never worked to turn on and off the machine, so never used it. I dont know what to say, but they should stand behind their products. Looking for a new machin.

My second levo great quality and the increase in volume allows for bigger stronger infusions definitely worth the price easier to clean than previous iterations

Not an authorized dealer??
I love my levo C in green. I infuse oils for cooking and medicinal use. I was watching the LEVO YouTube channel and they said amazon is not an authorized dealer and would void the warrantee. Wtf??
