People please keep in mind you’re paying $200 for an at-home sauna. At that price point this this is great. Make sure the hoses are secured in place before attempting to steam or they may slip out of place. Takes about 15-20 minutes to get up to temp and fill tent with steam so plan accordingly, don’t sit inside while waiting for steam to build. You also lose a good amount of steam when you open the tent and get inside so try to be quick as you will have to wait a couple more minutes to build back up the steam.Make sure to shower before sauna to remove all dirt and grime from your body. The purpose of a sauna is to expel toxins from your body. It’s not very effective when you start a sauna with a layer of dirt and grime. After the sauna jump back in the shower quickly within a couple minutes to rinse everything off your body again. Do not let yourself dry out or your skin will reabsorb much of the stuff it sweated out. If you don’t normally shower before the sauna you will notice a big difference.Make sure to use a towel to sit on the chair to keep things a bit cleaner and also a towel on the outside of the tent to step on when you get out because you will be soaked in sweat. Your sauna session shouldn’t last more than 10-15 minutes. If you’re sitting in there for any longer than that you need to raise the temperature.Ever since using the sauna my resting heart rate and blood pressure have dropped, this thing may save your life.

Set up is super easy. It gets pretty hot. Setting 16 and at about 20 mins of warm up time it’s ready for you.

The chair is poor quality

It was easy to assemble. It looks beautiful. It was easy to operate and very effective. My only concern is the bottom layer being a thin rubber which I do not think willWithstand it’s function for more then a couple of months. I searched for videos and the other brands seem to have the same material it has on the sides aka German cloth on the floor cover also. This rubber will tear and disintegrate soon I do not think it willWithstand the heat. Otherwise it is a very good steam tent

Window should be lower so you can actually look out it while steaming. Frame is cheap and can easily crack if not careful. Other than that it’s a fantastic purchase and I use it everyday!

First couple of times we used it we were pretty happy but starting about 3rd use we couldn't get the "steam generator" to seal. Thought I got it fixed and went back in and I could hear it but not feeling it in tent. Climb back out and the hose had come loose from the tent so mess on my floor. Yesterday was last straw. I had to keep getting out to to open and close etc to get it to seal. Worried I am going to end getting burned or I am going to negate any benefits due to frustration trying to get it to work. Not to mention the time it took. It took an hour to finally have only 20 min left to actually get steamed.Anyway, maybe ours was a fluke but buyer beware. I am going to give them oneore chance and try their infrared one to see if it is easier.Very disappointed as I waited a long time before purchasing this.
