I was surprised to see the quality of this mount. The materials used are exceptional, and there are numerous ways to configure the mount, to fit almost any need. Very good product.

Not sturdy enough if your using a Moza shifter. I'd imagine if you had a Logitech or thrustmaster shifter it'd work fine, but if you shifter is stiff and non adjustable it's not gonna be sturdy enough.

The kit came with no instructions, but was easy enough to figure out looking at the pictures. Mine came with only 10 of the 18 required nuts to use the mount properly. It took nearly 8 weeks for them to ship me the missing parts. If this had come with all the right pieces the first time, it would be a 5 star item, since it mounts very solid to my desk and works well with their shifter. Many others had the same complaint.

They did not send all the bolts required to build the desk mount bracket and when I reached out to the seller they asked me to pay extra for shipping the bolts that they forgot to include not a great business practice, and I agreed to do that but haven’t herd anything back from them for about a week. And be aware the way the shaft connects to the base is with a single bolt. Every time you shift up then down it works the bolt lose until it falls out. I’ve had to take it apart 4 times now to re-attach the shaft to the base planning on super gluing the bolt to keep it from coming out. Other then that the shifter has a pretty nice feeling when working and was a pretty straightforward plug and play. But the customer service is not great and expect to tinker with it a bit.

The media could not be loaded.

It did not fit my g29 shifter and only had 10 of the sliding nuts so I could not put all the bolts in and there was no kind of combination I could put it to make it fit the Logitech shifter

I am not obsessed with the product, for me, it was a total nightmare to assemble it. the instructions are not clear or at least understandable. but what do I know... I'm just working here.
