I make a daily health smoothie for breakfast using fresh spinach leaves, fruits like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and healthy seeds and powders. I added this Ashwagandha root powder and it blends easily with my ingredients. I am glad to add another health product to my daily breakfast. I like that this packet has an inner bag which I cut one corner and easily pour what I need into my blender and reseal in the outer bag.

Love the organic vegan ingredients - unfortunately - after several weeks of testing - it appears my body reacts negatively to ashwagandha resulting in skin irritation and rash that subsides when these are not in use, and then returns when they are in use. The adverse reaction make this unusable for meI wish I could use the product but my skin is not responding well so here we are...

What I like about the powder no after taste. It’s easy to mix with my milk or tea.

this seems to be helping. Bought it to lower cortisol and help with sleep. The taste you have to get used to however. Put it in warm milk with honey.

I use it in Golden Milk for better sleep. It really helps!
