It’s loud and is easy to use. the recordings are good you can hear everything.

You get what you pay for, right? For basic recording, this little unit picks up conversation well--so for school use, it is probably worthwhile. The recording quality is pretty good.The User Instructions are very poor, so you need to be able to figure out how to use this unit pretty much on your own. Example: "For more durable of the battery, please charge when there is only one bar of battery. Do not charge it when battery runs out." (What???)Be advised, that you must wear headphones or ear buds to listen to what you have recorded. I was not aware of that when I bought the unit--maybe I missed something. This is a low cost option--so I might be grading it a bit hard. With better instructions/User Guide and an external speaker--I would have rated it 4 to 5 Stars.

When I purchased the item ...The description Said that the item could be set to record bu voice control but that just isnt true...

the device I received 3 minnuits into the recording it becomes staticy for about 10 seconds every time.the rest of the hours record fine. its ok.

It is small and weighs practically nothing but works great. Easy to use buttons and can be carried easily in a pocket of a shirt or easily in a briefcase.

I ordered this digital recorder so I could record my lines for a play I am acting in. It is lightweight and the audio sounds great. The best thing is that with its USB connector I can plug it into the USB port in my car and listen to my lines (or music) as I drive. I would definitely recommend this recorder to students or anyone who would like a high quality recorder for a reasonable price.

The recorder worked okay with acceptable sound quality. However, the screen was damaged by the pressure put on it when snapping the closure snap on the case that was provided with it. If the recorder had not been provided with a case, it likely would not have been damaged. As shown in the photo, the screen is cracked and has wide black blob across it rendering it unusable. If you buy this product, I suggest not using the case that comes with it. Ideally, I would like to have the recorder replaced.

Revising my review recorder stops recording on its own and can't get any support to fix the problem
