This did not get a 1 star rating because it really has a lot of pockets for organization. Aside from that fact, it does not fit into most of the purses I own, aside from the very large ones. I would use it for a purse if the two straps weren't so small. I did try to put it in one of my purses and it fit so snug that I couldn't get to anything in the outer pockets. Bottom line is if you need something to use for organization in a large tote or utility tote, get this, but not for a purse.
