The product arrived without any instructions. I didn't mind because the product is straightforward. However, be aware, if the product is not properly attached to the driver, the handheld portion will become too hot to touch within a minute or two. That being said if one takes the time to properly align everything and tighten the attachments the heat is manageable.

I bought two flex shafts and I only have about three to five hours total on both of them.The first one started making a noise and then it got real hot I stoped using it and started using my second one when it started making a loud sound and then it came apart the c-clip came out and the bearing came out along with the spring and drive cable.I know I am past my 30 day return but maybe this will help someone else. Don’t buy these cheap tools.Alan

Easy to use, works with my Dremel which gives me more flexibility on some projects.

Had this thing since October 20th and I've been liking it just fine until the other day it just randomly stopped and the chord was melting.

Its works very good. Came in handy for the job I was doing.
