A good variety of several excellent wood types. I used a combination of pieces to make several cutting boards for friends and family. The pieces join tightly with minimal seams showing. An excellent assortment for many woodworking projects.

This was the first time ordering from this company and I was expecting some pieces to be not very good. Great surprise for me though, every piece was very nice. The pieces were cut uniformly but you will need to put them on a jointer. And best of all - free shipping! I ordered 2 of these and the package weighed 20 pounds. I would order from them again. Prices are not cheap but I can't get this stuff anywhere locally so this seemed my best option. Glad I got it.

Excellent quality. All pieces were smooth and square

Most of the boards were fine. There were a couple that were pretty roughly cut with frayed corners and some warping. Some had some discoloration, and I wouldn’t have picked them had I bought in person (price of buying sight unseen). One of the walnut boards was not 2” wide the entire length of the board and had a little taper (1-7/8” on one end vs 2” on the other).All in all decent value, especially if you don’t have access to tools like a jointer or table saw to cut down and square larger pieces.

Very happy with the quality and finish of the wood I received.

Firstly, arrived earlier than expected and all of the walnut coloration was perfect. The negative of this bundle is that there is definitely 2 different types of maple with inconsistent grain patterns/density/coloration. The cherry is much lighter than i usually work with as well with similar issues to the maple but not as severe. Out of the 15 boards, 2 were bowed...but not severely. All will need jointing which is understandable as they do only state 2 sides. Can't use for the project i was going to do but they are all usable and at the very end, good pieces.

Very pleased with this lumber. They are all straight and flat with good grain patterns.Perfect for me to dimension and cut up and then glue into a cutting board.Don't know if I just got lucky but I ordered some exotics from the same vendor, Barrington Hardwoods, so we shall see.
