I am constantly thrilled at how easy this makes organizing and finding your stuff! I've tried another app and though it has similar features, the QR code labels were always the complicated part of it to generate. This product lets you purchase either pre printed high quality labels or generate your own and purchase the use of how many you wish to use in quantities of 10. They give you 3 sample labels to get started with the app.The ease of seeing your inventory within storage boxes is awesome, I use this for home inventory purposes to locate tools, household items, holiday decorations, and so much more. I had a couple initial questions when I first got this product and upon emailing the BlueLounge support I was surprised to get a response to my question directly from the creative director, Dominic! Now in this day and age, that's service.I use this with IOS devices and to have that handy access all the time is incredible, I hope that they eventually provide an android version and a full desktop version as well. There are a couple of tweaks that I've suggested to BlueLounge to make organizing photos within the app better and resizing the individual pix to aid in visual clarity. I honestly believe that I will be seeing those updates in the future based upon their responsiveness.Great app, could not be more pleased with this purchase! Wish I had this when I moved cross country, I wouldn't have been looking for which box my stuff was in for months afterwards!

Yes, it's iPhone only.Yes, it could be so much better, but developers are arrogant, think their kaka no stink, and will tell you that you are wrong.It's great if you are only going to be using 32, or less, boxes/storage bins.After that, you're screwed. Well, not screwed, but your favorite round things that hang nice a now will be in a vice, till they are squeezed, and you dish out more money for labels you have to print yourself.I went through 32 boxes in a week.So, I ordered more labels, ten bucks here.But, guess what?You can't use the labels once you have bought the original 32 labels.Scanned the label, it says it's in use already. (B001, or something like that)So, waste of money.I could either throw the whole system away, or spend more money, and pay to print my own labels.I ended up doing this.Not as nice as the stock labels, and they actually suck, and it depends on what labels/printer you have.So you are stuck.Plus, the appYou can't adjust or crop picsIt takes only square pics, that can't be moved/cropped/adjusted.You should be able to add fields to the database, it's a simple option.When you try and add a lot of stuff (model car kits for me), three out of seven times, when I tried to press the edit field, it wouldn't take the press/action, or, worse, it would close the screen, losing everything I had just done.I wish I had a brain cell left to make my own app, this is close, about the fourth best one I have seen, but it's not good as it could be.Plus, you can't export in any useable format, just a crappy printout.Nice try.If you going to use it for less than 30 boxes, maybe, but if you know you are going to have a lot of boxes, don't buy the labels, get the free app, and print your own 100 labels. This was such a game changer for me. Somehow my husband and I accumulated so much stuff and our small-ish 2 bedroom apartment can't contain any more. I started to purchase big plastic bins to store away winter clothes, etc., but then I would forget which bin I would have them in. I tried writing down a list of items and taping it to the outside, but I wouldn't be great about modifying it if I took things out and back in. But now having pictures along with text of what is in each box makes my life so much easier. I love the search function. But I will agree with one reviewer's concerns about if the app would ever crash and "go away." What happens to everything we have logged so far? I hope the developers address this. But I will continue using it as this is the best solution that I've come across so far.

I thought this was going to be awesome! That's why I purchased it. Maybe I'm too old school. Maybe I'm too lazy. Maybe I'm not an organization freak. For me, it was much quicker to write on the box with marker. However, I think if the boxes are going to be in storage for a long time, this would be the best product to use.

We downsized last summer and let’s just say the moving process was a traumatic one for me. I saw this system and worried it might slow the process down but it was so worth it!!! I am still using it!! Yes, still unpacking some boxes, but it has been so much easier to locate things as well as reorganize holiday decorations etc. I have had to reimagine storage options in a smaller space and this system saves the day over and again. Would be great for teachers too! Brilliant!!

I love having an inventory of items in each box. We'll be moving across the country and some boxes will likely be in storage for a month or more. It will be extremely handy to know what each box contains before opening. I realize I could write on the boxes but it is easier and much more accurate using these labels. The app is easy to download and use. The only compliant is the same others have reported. I wish there was a way to backup the list and export the list.

This is SUCH a great idea. I love love love that I can scroll through the app looking through photos of my items, see which box they are in, and track down the box easily. It’s so much faster than having to guess and dig through storage boxes. I even use it for storage closets etc, not just boxes! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to be more organized and save time while finding their things !
