I use this product often for being lactose intolerant. Works well and gel caps are getting hard to find. Price is reasonable.

These pill have helped a lot with how I feel. My stomach pain and nausea from being lactose intolerant are gone! I swallow my pills with water, and there is a little bit of taste. I take two in the morning at least half an hour before breakfast, otherwise it won’t work and might end up making you feel even than you would without it! But as long as your taking it right, your going to feel much better!

Love these. They are the only lactose enzyme that has ever worked for me. No upset stomach for me and they don’t taste like anything. I swear by these because they’re very effective.

These really work! I am lactose intolerant tolerant and on love with ice cream. I hated having to take a pill every time I ate dairy, so you’ll skip it and deal with the consequences. Now I just add 2 of these to all my other morning pills again, and I can eat dairy through the day with almost no problem (it works until about dinner for me). This has been a great find for me.
