I buy a lot of lactase. I am...very lactose intolerant and I love cheese. These are my favs. They're STRONG. Always check the FCC of lactase and these are 9000 which is a lot per pill. Means they're actually really effective and a really good price for the number of pills. If you're aggressively lactose intolerant but love eating meals that require you to take handfuls of pills to save your stomach, get these.

These pills work very well. They are easy to digest and prevent me from getting an upset stomach when I eat dairy. They have no taste whatsoever and are very easy to swallow. They are very affordable

Less expensive than the brand name but read the dosage!!! You have to take like 3-4 of these to equal 1 brand name pill. Make sure you READ AND COMPARE the strength of the medication to the brand name before you take. It is effective if you take the amount you are supposed to. It is less expensive than the brand name. But if you are taking more pills to get the same effect as the brand name, is it worth it? Maybe not if you are someone that uses these a lot.

it sucks to have to need it, but if you do it works well. nice size bottle will last a bit. help you digest dairy. easy to use just pop a few before dinner.

Decent price point here. Lots of options ... these are JUST lactase enzyme, nothing else.The bottle has lots of pills but still is only about a third full, so if you're like me you might buy two or three and put them all into one bottle; they'll fit. I come from a family with a history of colon cancer and have always tried to keep my system working in a good rhythm, and NOTHING has ever helped make everything work smooth and reliably like lactase tablets. I recommend doubling the dose; I recommend taking these even if you don't know you need them if you're not "regular."
