not a good quality
I washed the beans and I saw soap bubble like bubbles after washing more than 3 times in cold water. I soaked the beans over night and cooked in my pressure cooker, but the beans were very tough. Not delicious. I will never purchase this brand again.

USDA Organic Soy Beans
I am glad that this product is USDA organic, grown with no chemicals in fertilizers, etc. as it says in the back of the package. I haven't used it yet to make my soy bean milk. By then, I will be able to see if this product is better than the one's my husband had purchased months ago.

Soybeans are not fresh
Soybeans in the bag are not fresh. I can easily see some soybeans are moldy. My hand gets dusty/moldy when I put my hand into the bag. I don’t want to eat the soybeans like this .

Not good for sprouting
I originally purchased it for sprouting. I finally got around to it 2 months after the purchase. So far I have tried twice and it's disappointing.1. Soy beans don't look great. Usually the commercial ones at least they look consistent, this package didn't.2. I soak them for 24 hours and placed in sprouting tray. Rise a few times a day and drain them. 1/5-1/4 of them didn't sprout. Only 1/3 of them sprouted nicely and grow much faster than the rest. After 3-4 days if not removing the non sprouting ones, they'd start to rot. The rest of them only sprouted like half inch or less.I would recommend people to buy sprouting seeds instead of this package.

Buy less globetrotting soybeans.
I have not tried these soybeans, but if I can editorialize for a second... please don't buy soybeans that have been exported to China from the US, packaged, and then imported back into the US. It just doesn't make any sense and it speaks to the perversity of globalization. There are soybeans available here on Amazon that are less well traveled and that therefore have a smaller carbon footprint, possibly they're fresher as well.

DO NOT BUY! They are selling old beans with no returns allowed!
These soy beans are are covered in black and brown spots. The beans are small, and taste terrible. The company is selling product that is old and poor in quality. Total waste of money. They should be ashamed for not inspecting their product before shipping these bags out!

The beans went bad
I opened it less in a month from the date I received the product and the soy beans smells bad. The soy milk made from this batch of beans tasted like the oxidized oil. I had to throw out the soy milk. Very disappointed.
