Why is the brake pedal too small to install?

The break pedal you will have to take off the rubber factory piece which is shown in the photos! It’s just wrapped around the break pedal and easy to remove in like 2 seconds!

Why is it only necessary to remove the brake pedal and not the accelerator pedal?

Because only the brake pedal is installed with the original pedal, and the accelerator pedal is not installed with the original pedal
