It's a good product
I've never knew about this but I like it and it helps me to sleep better and relax too. See the picture below and yeah that's how it gets black and you put it on wean ever u like and by the next day u feel better.

You must put the very thin tape to the pad
Do not recommend. Hard to remove the tape then place on patch to then place on foot. As well if you want these shein is cheaper same thing. Price is ridiculous for what you have to do.

I love these! I have tried several brands of foot detox before finding these. This one is definitely by far the best!!! That little pad sure pulls out a ton of gunk! They apply easily and the tape holds all night!

Did nothing with the first patch i used.
Tried the second time seemed to work.nothimg wow about this product could be found at a cheaper price at a local store.
