Better in person. Lovely wood color.

One of the screws didn’t line up so we left it out. The others were perfect and fairly easy for a girl to put together.

I bought 3 of these and they are kind of a pain to put together, but very sturdy and they look very nice. One was a little wobbly, but luckily they have adjustable feet, so you can even out the wobble.

These are nice looking stools but unfortunately we’re not comfortable. The padding doesn’t support your bum so your thighs dig into the wood frame.Unfortunately I had to return them and find an alternate stool.

Instructions really bad, no words just goofy pictures. Screw missing when received. Useful and pretty sturdy when finally put together after many tries of several helpers.

Assembly was relatively easy, and they are comfortable.

Nice looking, sturdy, good value. Took me a while to assemble with my MIT grad daughter...drawing with instructions is poor and inaccurate, but all was good in the end. Wish the seats were a little firmer. Colors are accurate re: wood and seat.

Comfortable to sit on, a bit larger than the ones we replaced. And the color was a bit darker than the website which we all know we shouldn't go by.

The chairs finally came after being shipped to some distribution center and I got a confusing message that it was delivered to an address that was not mine in the US so I thought they shipped it to the wrong place. I did not realize they would then ship again to my address and provide another tracking number. To their credit, they contacted me by email and phone to explain and make the situation better but I did not have a chance to call them back, thanks Travis for trying to reach me, I might call you later if I have time.That said, the chairs look nice yet are not as sturdy as I hoped and not as solid. They are a bit tipsy for a lack of a better word even if they can be adjusted at the bottom legs, the adjustment does not seem to stay. Also, the balsa like-wood underneath connector part where you screw-in the leg to the base cracked for one of the corners and now is even less sturdy. Its too bad because the rest of the chair is good wood except this key component. It does not make sense to me to see good wood all around and then cheap wood where it counts. Ironically, I have seen this before, always look under chairs and tables is what I have learned from experience. Yet, I will say, if they offered me another stool, I would take it :)
