Love it!!! There are so many routines that weren’t even listed on the TRX info page! The examples are clear and easy to read. Great size and with it laminated you can write notes on it with a dry erase pen and it cleans off easy.

I LOVE THIS! Definitely a better choice than a workout book! Im actually going to frame it to hang on the wall because it will also be greatdécor for a work out room!
