FurinnoJAYA Oval End Table, Two, Walnut

It's irritating reading some of these 1 star reviews. Not really sure what people are expecting for a $14 table, but I feel like I got exactly what I paid for: an inexpensive side table that looks nice.I needed a plant stand for a plant at work, but wasn't willing to pay what people want for them, so I ordered this and I'm happy with my purchase. I'm a female and had no issues putting together in about 30 min.

If I could give this 0 stars, I probably would. I bought this table because I was looking for a cheap end table to place my coffee or drink on while I'm working at my computer desk (I wanted something separate so it wouldn't be near the equipment on my desk). I knew going in that the table would probably feel cheap in terms of quality, but I didn't need something super expensive. The instructions were really easy to follow, but as I started assembling the table, I ran into tons of problems. The biggest one is that the large/long screws that come with the table ARE NOT LONG ENOUGH to secure the smaller oval panel in the middle of the unit. They just barely poke out of the holes at the other end, so tightening the screws does almost nothing. Additionally, the top part of the table is supposed to secure into the base with little dowel rods. However, this was not the case. The legs won't secure in, not even when I tried to hammer them down. When I tried to put any pressure on the top in order to force the dowel rods into the holes, one of the legs would pop out and the entire table would collapse. I finally thought i had secured the table together, only to set something on top of it - a book - at the wrong angle. The table tipped a little bit, one of the legs popped out and, again, the table collapsed in on itself. I already contacted the manufacturer to ask for new hardware, as that's the biggest problem with this table. If the hardware functioned to secure the table like it was supposed to, I'd have no problem with this table. Additionally, one of the legs came damaged with part of the paint stripped off.

Great product! And great price for this item. arrived as expected. I would advise not to put in the screws on the top table, it’s sturdy enough with out it and avoids causing the screw to puncture through the table

So packaged arrived right away with Prime. The instructions were quite comprehensive. So it was not hard to group the components and get to work. However the holes were not deep enough for the connections on the overall piece.I nearly bore a hole through the table top to ensure the leg was properly secure. Yet I think that the likelihood of putting that hole in would depend on where I started pushing the legs in first. But it also could have been the holes being too small/dowels too large for holes.Clearly I needed this table to get organized. I use it as a night table for personal care items as you can see. So for the price it was a pretty decent buy and I plan to get another even though I had slight problems. But the height and diameter is perfect. With it being put together and my many things on it, I say it is far sturdier than I thought it would be. It did seem rickety at first, but once you push and glue everything together it is not going anywhere.Also gotta say Furino has come a long way. The value depends on the pieces you select to match your need. Some of the stuff in their line can be a little disappointing. But most pieces do the job, and look good for the price. We followed the instructions to a "t". We thought we were finished and flipped the first table over to find the dowels broke through the top of the table. We cannot use the table. In order ti putthe second table together we jad to find a way to cutthe dowels down. It was not an easy fix. I am not okay with this situation. After all of this i dont know if ill order from this dealer.

Amazon re-packaged the importers box and it came through fine, with no damage. No pieces were broken and it is actually fairly well packaged by the importer. The assembly instructions, pictures, were actually fairly comprehensive (the only "back-up, let's correct that mistake" was mine, getting ahead of myself) and assembly with two people is fairly easy. The dowels fit and so did the screws; there were enough of everything, but only enough. If I could stop there I'd give the product a 4 or 5 star review. BUT..... It is Really Cheap. REALLY CHEAP. Nothing like we've come to expect of IKEA brand (and they have a nearly identical table for $69; it is 4" taller and 4" larger in diameter, the very same proportions). Irritatingly, the paper stickies that should cover the screw holes had no sticky on them (but that may be a feature of our desert heat.). I won't send it back because it is as described on the order page and the deficiencies are not Amazon's fault. It is just REALLY CHEAP. I wasn't willing to keep it in our living room it was so cheap. It probably will find it's way to a Goodwill soon. It's sorta sad that

I was nervous to buy this with all the bad reviews (mainly screws coming through the table) but I think they remedied this with plastic inserts that don’t let the screws go too far. Looks great for under 15 bucks.

Hard to put together because the parts are very fragile, the black ⚫ stickers do not stick to the wood and staying in the place.To expensive for the quality. Disappointed 😞

Functional Effective Value.. very good affordable price, easy quick assembly, fully functional, serves it's purposes..

We needed a side table quick and went for this one. Nice design but the quality is on the low side - even at this price and/or compared to e.g. Ikea.

simple construction but quite sturdy. dimensions suited to space available. competitive price for quality of product and not expensive to buy
