I ordered two sets of these patches First, a test set to see how the quality was [the black-text-on-red w/ black border set you see on the left], and found them to look and feel very solid. I then ordered a second set in opposite colors; red text w/ red border on a black background, so I could have contrasting sets. This second set arrived WITHOUT a red border, but once I provided the evidence, the seller remade them correctly and sent them to me completely free of charge.The turnaround time on these patches is very long because they ship from overseas, but I was in no big hurry, so I didn't mind the wait so much. Just something to keep in mind if you're on a schedule. Finally had them sewn on last week, and I am VERY pleased with how they came out. I may even give the misprint set to my best friend so he can sew them on his own jacket, since I have no use for them and we always intended to have them as a duo, so in the end everyone wins. Very satisfied with the communication from the seller and their willingness to correct their mistake. Will definitely consider Masterpatch in the future for other custom work.

Exactly what I expected, great value for the price. Name tag was too large to fit esthetically with my other patches up front, but I am still very satisfied with my purchase.
