So happy I took a chance and bout this
There were quite a few reviews that had me not wanting to purchase but glad I did! I haven’t had any issues. The hose is as long as I wanted, the head is nice and wide and both have multiple settings. I even added and extended arm cuz I’m short and still have to get on toes to reach turn knob but not as bad, at least. I have seen a huge diff in my waters pressure and able to feel the temperature a lot quickly. With my old apartment provided showerhead the water temp would have to be a good ways to the left to feel hot and now I barely have it in the middle and already feel the difference. I have not regretted my purchase once. I change my settings often cuz sometimes I like a diff experience in the shower with the pressure and flow.

ACTUALLY has a trickle and mist function
I was so disappointed after buying 2 different Waterpik brand showerheads that advertised "water saving trickle" function on the box but did not in fact trickle.This however is the best showerhead I have ever bought. Not only does the trickle work on handheld and fixed showerhead but so does the mist function. Feels so good.The hose doesn't kink or have any bends in it as the hose is metal or metal sheathed . A great feature I didnt even know I wanted.I wish the diverter knob that switches between handheld/fixed/or both was a bit bigger or easier to grab but thats the only complaint i have.When I get home Im replacing all my showerheads with this one!10/10 would buy again

Really pretty good
Not bad at all. A little weighty so be careful if you have a fragile shower arm/pipe. Doesn't BLAST water if you have medium water pressure but yeah, really quite good.

Cheep and flimsy
It’s not so good. It’s cheaply made and after a few months it leaks. I had it installed by a plumber because my dad is one . So before you say it wasn’t installed properly, it was. Unfortunately I will be buying a different one soon. The saying you get what you pay for is true.

Full force spray
I was looking for a high flow head, and I got it. I dont waste time and watwer waiting for hoit water like I did for my low flow.
