This is an oil based color worked great for changing the color of my white chocolate to pink

Contains water!
This supposed oil based color lists water as an ingredient on the product container. This is probably why when I attempted to use it to tint white chocolate the chocolate seized and had to be disposed. As a point of information, I used a different brand of oil based food color on the other half of the same bar of white chocolate and had no problem with that batch seizing.

Very pigment and bright
This is exactly what I needed. I mixed it in white chocolate to get the color that I desired and I only had to use a little to go a long way. I would highly recommend.

Perfect color
My daughter was having a Barbie birthday party. We needed a pink oil based food coloring to change the color of white chocolate. We were using our chocolate fountain with white chocolate and this pink food coloring made the perfect color. I was very satisfied with the results. It didn't take much for the color to be true pink. Will definitely buy this name brand in different colors.
