Seems to work, who'd have thought!
Nice to work with, sticks really well and stays on even after showering. I'm using it for shoulder muscles support and so far it seems to help. No instructions for use but it's pretty much self explanatory.

Good but not in the wet
The work well until they get wet, I got them for my feet for hiking but my feet got wet and they came unstuck.

Sticky stuff
Great stuff as described and works a treat for supporting muscles while in recovery. Easy to apply and either leave it on til it falls off, 4-5 days and yes you can wash with it on, or very carefully peel off as it’s very sticky. Good amount of stretch and it’s easy to cut down to thinner strips if needed

A bit disappointed
It is very difficult to remove the backing, so the strip doesn't fit securely. When I did manage to keep the strip on for a length of time it worked and took away the ache. It may be better to go for a more expensive brand.
