Not 5cm, not microfiber (100% polyester), not hotel quality in the slightest and came in pack with a broken zip. The product is nothing like the advertised images as you can see from my photos. The only reason I didn't return it is its needed this weekend but feel VERY misled.

Disgusted at how thin and expensive it was . A normal 10tog quilt is thicker than this and a third of the price.

The product is very low quality ,not the same as the picture show you.The comfort is like when you have duvet under your sheet really disappointed.

This is by no means 5cm thick, it basically feels like a duvet is under your sheet. I contacted the company to say so and was basically called a liar. Rubbish product and rubbish customer service

I have a guest 3 in 1 bed. But when I zipped the two single mattresses together to make a super king, you could easily feel the joining ridge down the centre of the bed. I bought this to soften and hide this problem. It worked great. My visitors didn't even realise that it was two singles joined together. Thanks to the topper, it became one large comfortable bed. As it is stitched in squares, the topper keeps a uniform shape across the bed. Very pleased with purchase and would buy this again if needed.
