Used as part of a 3-supplement combo to mitigate spike protein. Not sure exactly what effect this supplement has alone, but I have noticed a decrease in some side effects that I associate with having had the vax. The 3-supplements were Nattokinase, Bromelain, and curcumin(curcumin, turmeric, and black pepper).

This stuff really gives you a lot of energy, A huge plus is that when I wake up with migraine s, afresh about 20 minutes it’s gone! Works every time as it open up your blood vessels, will not be without it.

Seems to be of good quality. Will see about the improvement in cholesterol & blood pressure numbers, but one thing that was noticeable was better sleep. Will update once the numbers come in
