Works great!
My old reservoir tank was badly stained and started leaking on a road trip through the desert. While I was visiting my brother, he installed this new one for me in no time. It saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to take it to a shop. I've been traipsing all over the southern portion of the US, sometimes driving 12+ hours a day. I've put thousands of miles on my car since installing this, and it's held up really well so far.

Easy to install, pretty much exact match to factory
Installed on 2012 passat , easy fit , pretty much matched factory. Changed old one due to heavy yellowing and buildup, so far no problems

The replacement I needed
First time really working on my car and watched a YouTube video on how to replace the coolant reservoir. Seemed easy enough. My old one had a broken valve and was leaking everywhere. This new one was a good quality replacement and seems to be doing the trick. Fit right in place and was affordable to fix myself. Recommend!

Direct replacement, no issues!
Fit in my 2009 MKV Jetta. Mine had a crack in it and was spewing hot coolant everywhere. Shop wanted hundreds of dollars to replace it. For $20 (plus $15 for some coolant), 2 pairs of channel locks, and a T-20 torx screwdriver, I was able to replace this myself in 20 minutes. Car has been running great for a month now.
