Yes, Floral Foam can be painted with water-based paints. Paint with foam must be purchased using the words “water-based” or “H2O” on its front. Be careful not to apply normal spray paint on Floral foam as Foam dissolves and has the characteristic characteristics of being eaten off when sprayed with regular spray paint.
