For years I always felt like I was on the verge of getting a yeast infection and OTC creams only made it worse. I tried all different brands of probiotics/lactobacillus acidophilus with no relief. Finally tried Fem-Dophilus and I will take it for life now. It helps SO much. I just take 1 per day. If I ever take antibiotics, I will take about 3 or 4 spaced out thru the day until the antibiotics are gone.
