Got it for different purpose (storing medication) for college student and it works well. The biometrics makes it secure and the student doesn’t have to worry about forgetting the code or losing the key. Love that there are multiple access options. Fits well in her dorm and easy to use.

I just got this yesterday but I have to say that right from box opening I was impressed with workmanship and quality. After going through setup also impressed with functionality. The safe door opens with authority and I like the light inside. The installation sheet they provide in the box is downright overloading but still really left some things out. It was easy to set up once I decided to just scan instructions and watch the video. It basically sets up the same as other safes I've owned. The fingerprint scanner seems to work well and opens easy by code once you learn the proper sequence. Setting up the app was very easy. I don't know what others are complaining about. I did take one reviewers suggestion and disabled wifi before initial setup on my iPhone but when I installed on my iPad I didn't. It still worked just fine. The app itself is just basic but it does let you open the safe and show battery level. The other things they show you can do with it I'll leave for a rainy day. I did become concerned while charging it when it sort of hung up around 85-86 %. I pulled up instructions from the troubleshooting web site which seem a lot more clear then the ones in the box. I found the battery and charger specs. I decided to try a more powerful charger and it picked right up and was at 100% about an hour later. That being said I don't know how accurate that battery reading in the app is anyway. It was reading almost 100% at one point and checked it a few minutes later it was down to 92%. I unplugged charging cable and checked again. It now read 100%. I checked the light on the fingerprint sensor and it indicated the box was fully charged too. So it seems that being in charging mode effects the readings. So in summary I'd give the safe a five but deduct a star for the shaky app. I will update after I've used it awhile. P.S. Oh I have to comment on the reviewers that complained about app not being able lock the safe. Now come on guys, come back to reality and think about this. How do you expect that to work? They would have to put the mechanics in to pull door shut not to mention extra power required. I don't know, maybe it could be done with just an extra solenoid but maybe it would require addition of a motor. Either way it would make the unit way more complicated, probably take away from the internal space and definitely make it more expensive.

Complete safety and quick access for the firearm. Very good space for the Smith and Wesson 9mm pistol, magazines and ammunition. Has redundant keys if needed, we find it easy to use the code.Built in light is an excellent way to use the safe in proper environments. Situations

This is very well made, but too small for me. It would not work for my purpose, which is locking up my fanny pack in the trunk of my car with my Sig P229. I returned it (B2 Model) and bought the larger version (B1 Model) and it fits perfectly. This product is very well made, everything is top quality, great instructions, many ways to get into it and well thought out. The only issue is the size is a little misleading as it is limited by the box smaller opening and hinges at the back. The effective useful size for me of this smaller (B2 Model) unit is about 2'X5"X8". The larger unit (B1 Model) is about 2.5'X6"X11". The box opening is smaller than the box and fumbling to get your CCW out in the middle of the night will hit the metal edges and alert the intruder with the loud metal to metal sound. I returned this smaller unit (B2) and bought the larger one (B1 Model). As you can see, my fanny pack would not fit in the smaller one but would fit in the larger one with my Sig P229. These pictures are my 44 Mag and my Sig P229. I programmed 3 fingers on both my strong and weak hand for multiple backup access. The finger print reader works perfectly, every time.

I travel a lot and usually drive when I travel. This safe is the perfect size. Not too heavy. Good construction and even has a way to secure it when it's I. The hotel room with a decent size cable. Battery is rechargeable. App for my phone is perfect and works great. The 6 digit code is also perfect. Lights up so you can see everything in the dark and even has a light inside that turn on when the lid is open. The price for this is perfect. I love it. I will be getting another one for my wife to keep with her when she travels. Small but strong. I picked this one because of all the positive reviews and ease of use. The design is very nice. Does not feel cheaply made.
