All items arrived in good condition, and the 4 I have used are okay after first use. Bought this pack to remove old limescale from bathroom tiles in the flat we recently moved in. It was a bit difficult to capture the difference in pictures, but hopefully you can see the 'before' picture where tiles are not shiny at all and seems to be of plain white colour. The second picture is the 'after', which is shinier and where you can appreciate the original soft patterns in tiles' colouration. It definitely makes a difference in person, both visually and to touch (smothier now). I tried with one of the yellow brushes together with viakal and did not make much difference, but then went for viakal + one of the green scrub pads and it really worked! Limescale has not gone definitely, but I didn't spend much time at all, so I am hopping to fully get rid of it over time with a bit more dedication. I am glad it's shiny and you need to make an effort to see the timescale... definitely recommend this product at least for this job. I tried with cleaning the grouts and have not been successful though!
