I bought this watch at the end of December to help me monitor a medical issue. I needed to track blood pressure and heart rate and this was one of the lower priced options. Plus it has most of the features of a sports watch! The other features which I used and appreciated include fitness tracker, sleep monitor, "drink water" reminder, and it synched with GoogleFit.Ok, it doesn't have all of the features of an Apple or Garmin watch (can't load all of the apps that other smart watches can - but it's relatively new on the market and hopefully they'll change that!), but it has tons for a watch priced so reasonably. I tested the blood pressure and heart rate over several days/different times of the days and compared with my medical devices. The watch was consistently within a point or two of the medical devices, which sufficed for my needs. Unfortunately, in April the watched buzzed a few times on my wrist (like an appointment or "drink water" alert). I looked at the watch face and it was dark and wouldn't light up. I thought maybe it was a warning that the battery had died (which it NEVER did - the battery on this watch lasts forever!). It never started again and had basically died. I went to the FitVII website and it said that Amazon customers should use a specific email address for customer service. I sent an email and Alissa responded within 24 hours. Her response was very friendly and she asked me to send a short video to show how I was charging it and a view of the watch face. I sent that and again within 24 hours Alissa responded. She confirmed my address and sent a replacement. I was blown away with the customer service and concern for my satisfaction. She even sent me an email with the tracking number and again when the watch was delivered to make sure I received it. I wish all companies realized the value of great customer service. Thank you, Alissa! You did a great job. I highly recommend both the watch and the company!

This is the second time I purchased this watch and the glass cover. The first watch I bought because it as 3 aspects which worked out for me very well. It seems pretty accurate as a BP measuring instrument, since it tells me when I have high blood pressure. The second aspect that I enjoy about this watch is the fact thai I can set up a large amount of alarms. It also featured good protection against water. The first watch still works fine in spite of the fact that accidentally the glass got broken, bit as you may see it , the protection still covers the glass not letting water in. I will try to improve the picture I took of both watches, the old one being the one on the left, where you can also appreciate that I exchanged the wristband for a comercial one, while the new one is the right hand side watch

I bought these screen protectors because the Amazon app prompted them to pop up when I bought my Smart Watch fitness and health tracker. When I went to apply the screen protectors, there was residual paper and adhesive gunk left on them (on the “good” side of the screen protectors) from the paper tabs that were attached to them. The paper tabs that were attached to the sticky, or “wrong” side of the protectors came off very easily and left no residue. I did this THREE TIMES, going through half of the package! I even tried to remove the gunk off them and it just made things worse. Alcohol didn’t work at all, and rubbing it just stretched the protectors so they wouldn’t fit right and I couldn’t smooth them out. Amazon has agreed to give me a full refund. Save yourself the time and aggravation, don’t even bother trying these pieces of garbage!!

This is a plastic film to go over your watch face. It doesn't stay sealed around the edges, and was for some crazy reason difficult to install. I've installed tons of phone protectors for myself and family with perfection, yet this gave me difficulty. Really wish someone would make a glass protector for this watch - it's a great watch I would like to preserve. It will protect moderately from scratches, but will come loose in a week or so, from my experience.

I like the protection of it and I like that no issues with the touching the screen controls and I think it does a good job.

This screen protector fit perfectly and had instructions that made sense. A well made product.

The protective covering is likely thin vinyl sticker. It's hard to put on without your pockets and such. The watch does what work through it just fine. However mine peeled off when I was out to lunch and I had didn't notice and now my watch is scratched. Not happy
