I use this to prevent easy bruising. I take one every other day, the dosage prescribed by my naturopath years ago. It works.

Rutin is not exotic
good price, hard to find locally for a decent price. arrived very quickly. I take it because my dermatologist tells me to...don't know why . Next time I see him, in Sept, I will ask him.
