Heavy duty, durable.
I have a 3 prong L5-30 outlet at work. 30 amps 125 volts. I used this to charge my Tesla. Worked great and feels very heavy.

Shorter out shore power on first use
Either defective or doesnt work. Shorted out shore power as soon as I plugged it in. Nothing attached to it to draw any current
