It does what it says, love it
I purchased this wonderful product in January 2025 I have 3 tablets left, I am purchasing another bottle and subscribed, I love how I feel , almost a year I am 70 and feel 50 . I love this product, it works

It says all the right things on the container. The capsules are very thin and small, so they are easy to swallow.

Already seeing changes excited to see more progress
I've started taking this and within the 1st week I'm already noticing less snacking cravings and more energy! Super small and easy to take if you struggle with swallowing pills!

Capsules are tiny, very easy to swallow. It recommends 1 to 3 capsules a day, I started with one and didn't have any adverse reactions. Too early to tell if any difference, I did read it can take up to 30 days to take effect - especially if you have bad gut flora. I'll keep taking as overall I feel good.
