Trapper Keeper Binder 1" Round Rings (Funky)

I’m not sure who was more excited, my granddaughter’s Mom or Aunt! Both ladies shared with her that they always had a Trapper Keeper when they were her age and how cool it was to have one. They are durable and help students get and stay organized. It’s a great value for the money and really cool looking.

It is exactly as I remembered! The size is exactly the same! I bought it for its durability & it is sturdy enough to write on with the attached clipboard, I’m going to be using it as my coupon/shopping organizer, daily planner. It comes with 2 folders so I am going to buy a pencil bag, & some loose leaf paper, it can hold a lot additions! All that it offers makes this a great value for the money! The retro design was what caught my attention! All the bright colors is so 80’s! This would be a great gift as well!

This is a bit of nostalgia. I had the Shih Tzu and golden lab puppies Trapper Keepers when I was a child.Unfortunately this edition doesn't feel as solid as the originals. It's more lightweight and feels a bit flimsy. The velcro isn't secure and that makes the clear plastic pull up way too much when I open it. My concern is that it will rip soon.I used Gorilla Glue to better secure the Velcro. I'm not sure how well this will hold up over time. It might be ok since I'm not in the 5th grade shoving it into a crammed backpack and yanking it out a few times each day.Idk if I would purchase this again. Mead can do better. I have other Mead products that are outstanding. Mead's heart was in the right place in bringing the Trapper Keeper back. But the quality is lacking.
