I have been using this since it came out eons ago. I add a cap full to my Water Pik to clean my gums. I had a gum infection around a tooth and it helped resolve the pain and keep the infection down until I saw my dentist. It was way better than old remedies such as water and salt. I highly recommend WITH the use of a Water Pik.

Been using the travel sizes of this mouthwash for two weeks and had to get the bigger size. I use after brushing and its ok since it contains fluoride. Best mouthwash and leaves a fresh taste! Burns a bit but not as much as the blue one. Will definitely recommend and buy when i run out.
