Q: What size is this suitable for?

It was quite long on our tall 4 year old, but didn’t trip her up either.

Q: Would this fit a one year old

Hi Helen, this is quite a tough one to answer without knowing the height of the child, however there is a size chart on the 4th image of this product page which has the measurements of the towel :) I would though say for a one year old it would work well as towel they just probably wouldn't be tall enough to move in it, if they are walking yet! Hope that helps a little!
