I am notoriously a side sleeper, face smushed in the pillow person. I’m 59 years old, and you CAN teach an old dog new tricks, with the right tools! I’ve had this pillow going on 3 weeks and wake up on my back as I layed down initially for bed. My eyes are NOT puffy, NOT swollen, no linen creases on my face. I routinely get Botox and I feel like I’ll need less now. Get this, my night time moisturizer is still on like I just applied it when I wake up. The only downside to that, is I’m getting a little acne because it stays stagnant and isn’t worn off with normal toss and turns. If I do turn on my side, that side of the face “floats” with the support of the architectural genuine that created the pillow. Your neck is supported on your back and sides . It’s super soft and relaxing. You rest your head down and it sinks in comfortably. I got the satin pillow case because it keeps my hair smooth until morning and not all “rats nest lookin”. I highly recommend this pillow, and for the side sleepers, you still can sleep on your side, sleeping on my back is new, but I have adapted . The way its designed is to support your neck and alignment. I love it! worth every cent!

I just got a facelift and need to sleep on my back, I’m a side sleeper. This pillow is awesome! It makes it more comfortable for me to sleep on my back, but I can also kind of sleep on my side and know that I’m not smashing my face into the pillow.

This pillow feels wonderful. It’s been helping me to sleep on my back, and have less puffy eyes or skin issues in the morning. It’s a greatly soft but supportive, squishy memory foam. I love using it for not just sleeping but also sitting more upright in the couch in comfort. Not a good fit for the neck curve for me, I actually use it reverse and it works well. One issue is the satin pillow case. I washed it delicate cycle once, and it tore on the first try when I tried putting it back on. Unable to buy just the pillow case? Hoping to replace it.

This is, by far, the best pillow I have ever used. The pillow is very soft from day one; this allows the pillow to follow the contour of my neck. It provides the perfect support for my neck, and allows my head to sink into the pillow. It is the only pillow I've found that allows my head to be supported as well as neck: I now sleep with proper alignment between my head and shoulders, while my neck is supported. I have a pinched nerve in my neck, so this is a huge benefit to me.The raised sides of the pillow can be squeezed/rolled inward to rest against my ears. It reduces ambient sound equivalent to about half of what my Peltor combat earplugs provide. I live next to a recreation center where kids are screaming all the time, and the noise suppression was a huge and unexpected bonus. I don't have to wear ear plugs as much anymore. When I want to sleep on my side, I rest my head on one of the raised sides. The soft material used allows my head to compress the raised side of the pillow, and my head and neck remain in natural alignment to my spine.I initially purchased this pillow to keep my head from moving around because I recently started using skin care products. Indeed, this pillow keeps my face upright while the skin care products absorb into the skin. The pillow does and exceptional job subtlety reminding me to keep my face upright. However, the additional benefits I previously mentioned are equally as significant as its skin care function.The pillow cover feels like silk. The filling feels like a soft memory foam, and it conforms to keeps the alignment of head and neck in perfect and natural alignment. The pillow weighs the same a standard pillow, but it is significantly more functional and versatile - since I sleep on both my back and side. It is December now, and the pillow material is warm in regard to heat retention and comfort in the Winter. It seems to be a very warm pillow. I will have yet to see if I will need to revert to my cooling gel pillow for Summer months. At this point, I am considering paying for the electricity of using my A/C (about $150-$250 cost per month) to continue to use this pillow during the summer. I've only used the pillow for about a week now. I do not know how long the pillow lasts, but I will purchase one every three months if I have to. This is truly and outstanding pillow.

I have probably tried about 5 pillows over the last few years. This is the only pillow that keeps my head now only straight to sleep on my back, but comfortable enough if I slightly turn my head to lean on it. The width is a bit short but it fits inside a standard size pillow case. It provides enough elevated support for my neck as well. It isn't too hard nor too soft either.

I bought this product twice cause the pillow sides were too close to each other for my big head. I waited 24 hours to use either one. I slept a night using each one. Bought the cooling option first.COOLING OPTION:- It really does feel cooler cause of the pillowcase (ONLY DIFFERENCE).- Foam is FIRM and retains it's shape.- It did NOT feel comfortable cause of the firmness and the sides were too close together.LARGE OPTION:- Bought this to see if it avoids squeezing my head because of the sides.- Sides were CLOSER together than the regular cooling option pillow.- Foam was more FLIMSY you can see how thinner it is. Because it is so flimsy, it gives in to the center bring the SIDES CLOSER TOGETHER.- But the flimsy foam actually was MORE COMFORTABLE to sleep in and the NECK BUMP foam was more comfortable it's not jutting firmly into your neck.TL;DR:LARGE OPTION is more comfortable for the neck cause it's less firm but the sides are closer together cause foam is so flimsy that it gives in the middle folding inwards.COOLING OPTION is more firm and retains it's shape better, it's actally cooling.What I wish:- LARGER pillow wider sides apart- NECK bump SOFTER NOT FIRM- COOLING pillowcase on the larger pillowIf you have a smaller than average head & don't mind a firm piece of form jutting into your neck while you sleep, choose cooling pillow.If you have an even smaller than average head and don't get hot at night, choose large pillow and just buy a cooling pillowcase.
