Work perfectly
We use as replacement for existing capacitors on furnaces older than 10 years before the installed ones fail. If the installed ones fail we also have to replace the motor as it does not start without a working capacitor.

Great value & it worked flawlessly.
Replaced my 6 year old capacitor with this awesome replacement. Extremely simple swap. Remove AC plastic shroud, take off panel, pull 2 leads off old one, pull out of strap, insert new one, plug in leads, screw panel back on an of course put plastic shroud back and done.

Easy to install
I was given a quote of $146 to replace this condenser fan capacitor. It was starting to fall out of spec. The cost of this one was $12.86. I pulled the AC condenser breaker bar, turning off power. I removed the access panel on the corner of the Trane condenser. I took a picture of the wires on the top of the capacitor. I used a plastic handle screwdriver to short all connections on the old capacitor. I removed one screw of the strap. I removed the wires and the old capacitor. I re-installed the wires in their correct position. I installed the new capacitor, strapping it in replacing the one screw. I replaced the access panel, making sure not to pinch any wires. I replaced the AC breaker bar and went inside and turned on the AC. The condenser fan is purring like a kitten. The next time a capacitor starts to fail, I'll replace it the same way.
