When I received the stove and opened the box, my first impression was that the stove was very well built and looked gorgeous; however, I was concerned about its compact size. First, I grabbed pots and pans of different sizes, shapes, and weights and checked how they fit on the stove. To my surprise, all the cookwares I have in my house were sturdy on the stove. The stove is not too heavy for a portable wood-burning stove, but it is heavy enough to support bigger and heavier pots.When we started the fire, I was impressed with how little fuel was required for its operation. We used just two small wood planks, and it was enough to produce a lot of heat for about 20 minutes. We tested the stove and decided to boil a whole pot of water, which was done quickly.We played with the bottom damper door, and it works. When you open the door wide, the stove produces more heat and burns wood faster; when you close the door, the stove produces less heat and burns wood slower.Before purchasing this stove, we cooked our meals on portable propane stoves during our camping trips. A couple of times per trip, we cooked on fire pits when we wanted a nice smell from burning wood in our meals, but we could not do it too often as it is not easy to cook on fire pits and requires a lot of wood. I can say that whose two wood planks we used in this wood stove for non-stop 20 minutes of burning will be enough only for starting a fire in a fire pit. So I can say cooking on this stove requires about 20-30 times less wood than cooking on a fire pit. Plus, on the stove, I have control over the burning intensity, all heat is directed to the pot and not wasted, and I do not worry that I can flip over a pot by accident. I am excited that now we can cook all the meals on our camping trips on the wood stove, meaning that all our meals will have that delicious wood-burning smell. :)))))Long story short, I finally understood why this stove is so compact. There is no need to make it bigger! This stove is very fuel efficient, compact and securely supports different cookwares. Great Stove, Great Quality, Great Value!

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this stove for emergency situations and my camping trips. The stove was delivered fast and was packaged well in a thick cardboard box with packaging foam (I plan to keep the stove in that original box while it is not in use). The stove is well built, and it is a solid unit.I chose this model because the manufacturer claims that they do not use clay as insulation but ceramic fibre, so it will last longer because there is not much that can be broken in it. It’s not too heavy, and at the same time, it is a very stable stove.I also like the idea of being able to use different fuel types plus you can adjust the burning intensity using the two stove doors. I am very pleased with this stove.

It’s a good product for outdoors but the product is smaller than I thought. It’s great for camping or even in the back yard camping. I would look for a bigger one for the price I paid.

I like that it is small and light weight. Burns really hot on a small amount of wood. Able to boil a large amount of water for cooking and showering. Works better than I imagined. Looking to purchase another for a gift.

I had low expections when I ordered this. But I was wrong! Sturdy and compact. Well built and appealing to the eye. I really can not wait to use this little stove. Looks like it will last a very long time!

This stove has been a nice addition to the pile of gear. It's good for whenever I need to cook something in a pan, a dutch oven, etc. It's shape and design seem to make the fire hotter (when you set ti to burn hotter) and to more completely burn whatever is in there burning. I've used charcoal and wood. Charcoal is easier because it is already the right size. Cleanup hasn't been a problem. Shake it out and done. Use a pressure washer if you want it shiny again.

Works great, not sure it’s supposed to melt on first use though.
