Perfect lantern in a convenient size
These small lanterns have everything you need. It is small but not so light that is tips over easily. It hangs or carries or just sits. Best of all it provides enough light that I can see with only one or two in my basement apartment when the power goes out. If I sit it over my shoulder, I can even easily read with one. I also like it to take my dogs out to potty, as I can just sit it down and I can see where my dogs are and what they are doing. The different settings make this the perfect lamp for me when the power is out which is what I bought them for. Definitely an Easy 5 stars and I bought 4 and am glad I did. This company is very fast and everything, including shipping was exactly as stated. No surprises except for the lanterns were Better than I anticipated. Yes, I am quite pleased! Thank you

Light Weight & Bright
Nice size, sturdy base, easily adjustable brightness to really bright when needed. The handle is a good size that hangs from almost anything, all around great camping or emergency light. The only thing that could be added would be a moveable shield so it could be 180degrees instead of 360 as when being carried on bright it is had on the eyes.

Compact, but bright and functional
Compact but bright very good for emergency lighting or camping. Two levels of brightness makes it versatile. Strobe light feature seems gimmicky and unnecessary.

Small and Bright
The LED lantern is surprisingly small given the brightness. I like the fact that it runs on D-cell batteries so if the power is out I don't have to worry about recharging. I would have liked having the button control the brightness rather than the color temperature.

Functional and good quality lanterns.
I got these for camping, they are bright and functional. You can hang them either upright or upside down, or they can sit flat on a horizontal surface. We hang one upside down in our tent and one in our canopy for eating after dark. A sturdy lantern is a must-have for camping.

One of the 2 laterns arrived defective.
This item was sold as a pair but one latern was defective out of the box. This was a gift for my elderly parents and it's difficult for them to return the item. Very disappointing.
