So far so good!
I’ve tried these for a few days now. Each piece is individually wrapped. The mugwort tablets themselves are in a small jar and when opened, has a smell similar to licorice and isn’t unpleasant at all.The first night I did place the tab on my belly button. I can tend to be a side or stomach sleeper and I just didn’t like the sensation of the tablet being there. I may give it another try though. Instead, they recommend that you can place the tablets on the sole of your foot. I tried that instead and had a great restful night’s sleep.I applied the tab after a 20 minute hot shower (the instructions suggest that you have the area warmed before applying). So far I’ve had no adverse reactions and feel it can only help. I’m pleased and looking forward to seeing if there’s any weight loss!
