I bought this product, a Bluetooth Headphones Wireless Earbuds with Mic - Joyful Heart JH900 Waterproof Sport Headset, Noise Cancelling, Slim Light Earphone for Workout, 6-8 Hr Battery (2017 NEW MODEL, Black), on 11/08/2017. I started to use it as soon as it arrived on my door. Today, 05/28/2018, it began to malfunction and it does not work totally anymore. I need a replacement because it is still under warranty and hasn't ended yet. Please ship me a brand new one and will send the defective one so you can examine the issue and therefore improve your product. I sent this exact message to you through Amazon's Contact Seller. Just an update...I received an excellent support from Jane & agreed to ship a new one. She acted very quickly to my needs & resolved the issue. 5 stars is for Jane, the support rep., while I’m giving the product 4 stars due to the reason above.

I have used these headphones daily for over a year now and I am most definitely fan. Comparing them to other types I have used in the past, the audio quality is much better, and volume capability/noise cancellation is much greater. I did not expect them to be as good as they seemed more bulky than earbud types, but I've had no issues with them falling out. I have had a few complaints with using Bluetooth on this headset, so I will break it down by percentages. 85% of the time I have no issues, 7% of the time the other person has issues hearing me says I sound like I am far away, 5% of the time either me or the other caller are picking up subtle noises in the background as if they were nails on a chalkboard, and the other 3% is accidental call drops or Bluetooth distance from device issues. Battery life is amazing. I am not a big fan of the neck dangle Bluetooth because they get hung up on things, but I have gotten used to it. What really sold me on this particular set was the customer service which were more than happy to quickly replace my pair after the first sign of issue arose. Overall, for the price I can't see why I would change headsets and would buy again and recommend.

I have had approximately 6 Beats headphones. I keep losing them and I went over to the store and purchased another one. When Amazon had their prime day, I saw these. Of course for $20 I was very skeptical of the quality. I really bought them as a backup to the Beats I had just purchased. I tried them out and was very impressed with the sound quality. I was listening to music and I could hear every instrument and every person on the song. The listening sound was very amazing. I asked everyone how it sounded and they could hear me very clearly. These sounded just as good as the Beats and I took those $125 headphones back to the store. I wished now that I had ordered 2 of these on prime day. If I do lose these, I will definitely reorder another one. It also comes with a really nice case. ,.much much better than the rubber Beats case.

I LOVE these ear buds!!!!! I have probably spent $1000. over the years trying to find ear buds, head sets, bluetooth ear pieces and just end up giving them away. Too big for my small ears and ear canals, too hard, don;t stay in. these JH-900 buds are PERFECT, Soft enough to insert in the ears with no pushing or pulling. They stay in place with no coming out of my ears. I can not recommend these enough.

I was a big fan of the JH-800 and was a little unsure of the redesign but I have to say.... I was wrong! They look great they feel great! The sound is great, bass is good and with the proper tips in it offers good passive noise cancelation. I recommended the jh800s to anyone that asked and I would do the same for these as well great product at a great price. My only issue is its not as water resistant as they claim to be I wore them and it started to rain and they cut off. They would not turn back on till I plugged them in and it seemed to reset them. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I did a little test in the shower didn't get them soaked but simulated the rain scenario as best I could and the same thing happened. I wouldn't say that changes my overall opinion because I don't forsee using them in the rain or in the shower but I did want to get that info out there. One last thing... They do have great customer service.

Second update: Amazon reviewed the negative seller feedback about not honoring the warranty and have graciously issued a refund. They will also send this seller for review.Update: Were good until they suddenly stopped working after about 6 months. I've emailed the company twice, but no reply in a week. Maybe a bad review will spur the company into action. PLEASE REPLACE OR REFUND MY PURCHASE!!!!I've been using these headphones for a few weeks now and they are great. No problem connecting or disconnecting to change devices (I use Android versions 6 and 7). The cable connecting the buds is well made. I've thrown away several sets of headphones because the cable always seem to pull out, but I don't think that will happen to these. I mainly use these at the gym on the treadmill, and the wireless feature is nice to jump on or off the machine. The sound quality is good enough for YouTube. Battery life is very good too. I don't need to charge everyday, 3-4 days depending on use. The only thing I'm not happy about is the weird name on the case. I would prefer that the case was blank, and not say Joyful Heart mainly because I am not familiar with the brand.
