Want Butcher Grade Biltong?
I was initially fairly dubious about the spice, it was blacker than I was used too and seemed fairly salt. However, the final biltong was the best homemade batch so far. Very close to high-end butcher quality. Great flavour.

Too salty to eat
I have used this in the past and it was fine. This time I had to through the tong out - way too salty. Such a waste. I don't know what to do with the rest. Would not recommend
