It’s been my lifesaver lately. Especially when I get achy. This time it didn’t seem as peppery. Unless my taste buds changed. But I carry it with me in case I get achy and it works within 20 minutes for me.

I bought this to see if I would have better results than with tablets. I have been taking for about 6 weeks and noticed a huge improvement in the first week. I was having terrible pain in my hands from carpel tunnel but no longer. I still have some pain but it's occasional now. Easy to take with a good flavor compared to others. I definitely would recommend. Just be consistent with the regimen for good results!n

I gave less stars because I can’t seem to find out how many milligrams I’m taking. Also on the bottle it says to take once in the morning and once at night, however I went to their website and they suggest taking to droppers in the morning and two at night so I started doing that. Of course it’s expensive and a small bottle so I’m going to go back to doing one dropper in the morning and one at night. I think next time I will buy a cheaper brand that actually tells me how many milligrams so I can adjust it appropriately for my body. I’m not struggling with pain so therefore I just gave that 4 stars because I don’t Know if it helps with that or not. I’m just taking it for health benefits and inflammation because everyone seems to have inflammation. Also the flavor isn’t bad I just don’t like turmeric but it’s still easy to get down mixed with water.

I use this to reduce inflammation. I have not been consistent, but I did notice I felt better in a couple of days of using it. I think consistency is key! The taste is not horrid, this is something I was worried about. In general I would recommend. 👍🏻
