I have nerve damage on the bottom of my feet and I wear heels for work. These pads have helped ease the pain and add to the comfort.Also the ring that fits on your toe is helpful with keeping the pad in place and you cannot feel it when you are wearing them.The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is there is no easy way to get them in the right position you have to guide you foot to the shoe because the pad dangles until your foot is securely in your shoe.

Can't wear with sandals which was a bummer but they work great under socks in my sneakers for the long power walks

These are AMAZING!! I've spent over a $1,000 on going to the Podiatrist and getting $500 inserts that have just caused pain in other areas. Not to mention all the appointments to try and fix my orthotics! I am so happy I found these and there's 2 pairs. My feet have never felt this happy after a long day of walking on them with tennis shoes. No slipping or moving around problems like other reviews. If you're having to tape them on then you're clearly wearing the wrong kind of shoe.

Regardless of what I did the pad would move around and end up on the side of my foot. I even tried taping it in place with protective gauze and it still moved in spite of that and wearing tight socks. I also found that I developed an allergy to the material and ended up with a nasty rash and eventually skin on my foot peeling in the area where the pad contacted my skin. This was used on both the left and right foot of a man's foot.

I like the comfort, fit, washability of these metatarsal pads and they’re making a very positive difference for me. The price is right and there are four pads in the order.

Pads were as advertised and I received them as promised. This is the first time I have used this manufacturer for this product, but so far so good.

They work well to minimize the pain of my neuroma. The only issue I have is trying to place it in the right spot and getting it to stay there as I put my socks on.
