I think there is not enough description of the product. I had to go Japanese main website to figure out the functionality. The knob need to be tight, after all. The water feel softer because I know I paid for this product. The sound of water change? It was hard to tell.

Doesn't work needs pressure
This shower head needs pressure in order to build micro bubbles as is it won't work.

Defect Products / No Micro/nano Bubble
Knob is very tight and can’t be adjusted. No micro/nano bubble coming out. Returns requires shipment back.
